Has anyone recently purchased FRPP 4.10's and are sure they are Ford's? If so where from all I see are Motives. Isn't the part number containing the M mean it's a Motive.?

I was told a m on the number meant it was from motive, i know my 4.30's are FRPP made. If you have low miles, it probably won't be needed, but i would buy the basic kit, like 40 bucks, just to make sure. i was told that i probably didn't need it and if i did, they would provide it, so i just bought the basic just incase.

Look at the part number. The "Ford" gears (American made) end with "A". If it ends with "M", they are Motive (Made in Italy). Summit Racing carries them. They will cost a bit more than the Motive gears.
