Oh, and I don't own a home right now. Sold it to my parents for loan payoff before the new year. Debt to income ratio WAAAAYYY lower than when I got financed through AHFC, and I didn't even have a job then! Got 5.14% on the first car, and 5.18% the second time around. All payments on time, should be better this time around, don't you think?

You seem to be right on top of everything, you da man ! Was that a single or double wide you sold to your folks ? Really, I don't give a sh** what you're finances are.
(try puncuation and paragraphs)
I'm asking valid questions, and trying to give you sound advice. Yet ya wanna "brag about AHFC, your interest rates, and being unemployed"
YUP, Arkansas, all....the way. Most states teach the 3 R's,........ in Arkansas they teach the 3 D's :
Don't Know
Don't Care to Know
Don't know WHY, I don't care to Know

Boy, some people have issues, don't they. I may be one of the only folks on here that actually pays attention to spelling and grammar, yet Torch wants to call me on that? Funny how people will assume you are from somewhere just because you now reside there.... Not a local, even though I've met some really cool folks here who put the whole yokel myth to rest, so I wouldn't be that ashamed to claim it if I was. Just have to be from the "right" parts of town, if you know what I'm sayin'... I was never bragging about finances at all, of course I didn't have a job when I first got here, I had just come back from Japan, and didn't have any connections to help with job searching. Still don't, really. I was more surprised than anyone when Honda gave me the first loan, and by the time I got the second car, I had a job, so I was a little upset that the rate didn't go down, but I understand now, because of the way credit ratings work. It sounds like somebody needs a hug, or some therapy...Anyway, I apologize to the folks who are trying to give me some good feedback, I know that responding to childish taunts only exacerbates(how'd you like that?)the situation, so we'll move right along. Still hoping I can find that power passenger seat, and MyColor gauge cluster somewhere, but if I absolutely have to, I'll get a premium. I was hoping to get a deluxe, and use the $600 plus that would have went to the Shaker, to get a Jensen flip out dvd receiver that has the built in bluetooth and surround decoding. The deluxe only comes with 4 speakers, so I would pick up a center channel din speaker to go below the head unit, and get a trunk mounted sub, thus having 5.1 surround in the car. I believe the Shaker 500 setup would make things a little/lot more difficult, due to the door mounted subs, and the tweeters that come stock. I don't know if the aftermarket harness takes those tweets into consideration, and I've read too many posts about the headache of integrating the subs into an aftermarket system. Plus, I think it would be mad cool to take an almost bare bones Mustang, and make it into something else entirely. Taking off all the "aluminum" trim, and steering wheel spokes from the IUP, is something I'm really not looking forward to, but I checked out a post where somebody spent about $400 to get the part and have it put in correctly, and that's invoice price on the whole IUP, so I'd have to get the gauge cluster for real cheap to make that worth the hassle. The power passenger seat thing has me curious, because I can get that aftermarket heating/cooling unit, but Ford's comfort package with leather interior would still be cheaper. Does anybody know if the factory is dead set against mixing and matching options from different trims when you order one from scratch??? I'd love to get a deluxe with the two previously mentioned options from the premium, OR have them delete the Shaker 500 system from the build...[sm=smiley36.gif]

Just go to fordvehicles.com, you can build the GT Deluxe the way you want there and get a price too.
Although you need the leather option to get the comfort group(which has the heated seatswith power passenger seat), you can add the IUP too, your car will look like a Premium GT without the Shaker 500 stereo......I think a little over 28K is what it comes out to(I made a build out of curiosity)
