Here's a reprint from the Ford Service manual. It discusses bleeding the brake system but not replacing the fluid completely. I don't nkow if this will help.

odiaz: yes, that's helpful because i've realized that I DON'T WANT TO DO THIS MYSELF!!! i also find it interesting that it warns not to use anything but DOT 3 approved fluid, but i know many people have used stronger stuff, so??? i definitely want somebody i trust doing this.
