Default Moleskin

Moleskin kit came in today and install was a piece of cake. The kit has enough to do two cars because you only need 1/2" strip per window and the strip is 1" wide. If somebody needs to do this I'll sell the you the remainder super cheap, I paid $30.

Moleskin I believe he used it to stop the rubber side from scratching his tint... You take a strip and glue it inbetween the glass and the rubber so that its smooth going up and down...

I had my tint installer do this to mine

Sorry droptop I didn't completely read your last post. Just like skilz said it protects you tint from scratches. It's not a question of if will happen, it's when will it happen. A must for tinted windows

Very true, I got my windows tinted and they were scratched the hell up after less than a week. I put on the moleskin after reading about it in a forum and here I am a month later with not a single scratch. Luckily the tint place redid my tint free of charge....could have been because I recommended the moleskin to my installer who was having the same problem on his g/f's stang.

Here's a link to some quality moleskin.
