RE: Kenne Bell - Now Installed
Accorrding to KB they feel the air box on the drivers side is to restrictive and of course under hood IAT are high in that location and the air volume is restricted under full boost, they perfer to run the CAI on the lowerright side1.To pick cooler air just under the front cover and 2. to bring in more air volumeunder full boost. Due to this I have also found a way to fad up a different CAI for my own s/c to impove the incomingair and air temps after reading this awhile from KB research.

Well after driving it for 2 days now I'm still every bit in love. It really makes for a great daily driver and really wakes the car up. I can't believe how quiet this blower is you almost can't even tell it's there. Also I don't know what the rest of you have experienced but it seems to really kick in about 3000 rpm's and pin you back in your seat. Also a couple of questions did any fellow KB owners buy the optional shoot out tune and if so do you notice much of a difference? Did you replace you plugs to the Autolite HTO as recommended? I've tried to find them around here but know one carries them nor can they order them. I did find them at sparkplugs.com for $10.60 a piece which I went ahead and purchased but I'm sure with shipping it will be at least a week before I get them. Just wondering what others have done I've been running the stock plugs and it seem to run just fine without any knocking. I also called KB and they stated that it should be fine to run the stock plugs they just think it would be a good idea to upgrade them soon.
