While the 05 Mustang GT looks good, I don't think it has much in the way of strpes and such. While I don't want to copy others with the wide stripes from front to back, I was wanting to d something different and having a hard time coming up with something. I like some of the pictures that I have seen with the hood scoop. I don't want to go all out and gaudy but I would like to keep it simple.

Mine will be the mineral gray and I was thinking of placing the Mustang emblem on the hood in black outline, painting the area between the tail lights black and maybe something on the sides between the lines of the C-scoop. Not sure if blending it black from the front to back or back to front to transition the gray to black.

What are others doing to dress up the 05?

 

I stang is at the shop having the black-out done to the taillight area. I am also haveing some paited pintstreipes put on this Wednesday. I too wanted the racing stripes - but too many others are getting them to.

Do the wheels for sure ... that can make the biggest difference.
