Default Wheel Question

[align=left]I have an opportunity to get a brand new set of 17" charcoal Bullit wheels with Pirelli tires for a song and I'm definitely going for it this week.

Will the knock off spinners from my '05 V6 Premium wheels fit on these new rims?

Also....can I use the same lug nuts?

Thanks in advance.

And what are charcoal Bullitts? Do you mean the stock GT base ones? I believe they call those anthracite.

Yes, the stock GT wheel, and I've seen them described as "charcoal" far more frequently than Anthracite.

Anyway....here's a pic.

BTW, beautiful car mygt500!

I think the spinners should fit... I thought the center cap was the same size on all the mustang wheels?

Default RE: Wheel Question

I swapped the spinners from my premium wheels to the GT takeoffs , they fit just fine.

The only thing you may want to consider is that the spinners are real easy to pop off, there was a post that talked about using a brass door **** ring to secure the spinners in such a way that they can't be pulled off without removing the brass ring (suposedly these rings can be purchased at any hardware store).

I'm not too worried about my spinners because my car lives in the garage most of the time.
