RE: Got Alpine Type S
Great looking car and welcome to the forum! I was wondering if I should go with them but I have the shaker 500 and am upgrading to kickers in the near future. Was your radio the shaker 500 or 1000 or just the baseline radio? Thanks Just curious J

The R Type speakers and subs are even better than the S types. Definitely worth the money upgrade!

RE: Got Alpine Type S
The Type-Rs are 300W Peak, not 200W, but peak power handling specs aren't really something I would use to rate a speaker.
