What big brakes are you using?
Can you guys tell me the stainless steel lines your running? I'm looking to upgrade some things and I can't find the gosh darn answers!!! I just purchased PowerSlot Rotors for LOOKS and maybe a tad bit of cooling. I'm also installing Hawk pads but I'm stuck on what type of brand to get regarding STAINLESS STEEL LINES....let me know thanks!
I'm contemplating Steeda, StopTech and Russel. Thanks again!

Is this a good deal? http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...1981266&rd=1,1
short of a big brake kit, for track days good pads, lines, fluid, and ducting is all you need.
I recommend the GMS dimpled/slotted rotors. they're not a performance improvement, but they have a lifetime warranty against warping/cracking, so when you destroy them (you will) a new pair is FREE.

Next week I think I am finally bolting up the GT500 kit I bought now that the wheel/spacer issue seems to be ok. 14" brembos up front, matching pads out back. Compared to other 4 piston fixed caliper kits, it was a steal at its initial prices and I picked it up for the hell of it early last fall (when is the last time anyone was selling brembos for 135 per caliper??). Still is really a steal at 1200 bucks from FRPP considering you are looking at 2000+ for the front brakes from any of the big companies without rear pads or rear lines.
The only penalty is the 1 piece front rotors which are heavy. But on the street, I really do not see it as an issue and they will always be cheaper to replace right through the ford dealer. And they are genuine brembo rotors like the rest of the kit.
Other thing is that I just cannot see dumping down $750 bucks for a pair of replacement rotors for one of the Brembo, StopTech, or AP kits every time they wear out. I mean, no one changes them every week driving on the street or anything, but it is a service part after all.
