Default Speaker Wire Diagram

How can I figure out what wires are positive or negative? And before you remind me about the search function; I tried & failed with that already. Thanks in advance!

Thanks. What I'm actually looking for is a diagram of the speaker wires inside the doors. I'm putting a tweeter where the 6 x 8 was and need to know which wire is positive and which is negative.
Also, I'm putting a 6.5" speaker where the sub was in the bottom of the door. I think the factory Sub was a 8ohm dual voice coil speaker and the one I'm putting in is a 4ohm single voice coil speaker. How do I wire this as well?

If your going off a Shaker HU the factory sub is less than 2 ohms!(it'sstamped or stickered on the speaker). If you're using the factory amps they may not put out much power to a 4ohm speaker.

I have already installed a Pioneer head unit. Do you know how I can hook that 6.5" speaker up using any of the 4 factory wires for the door sub?

Why is that? The 4 wires that go to the sub really only carry the low signal ...

No problem. I had to find that info a little while ago to tap into the rear speakers for my sub input. Figured I'd pass it along.
