Default Self made sequentials?

Anybody know or have instructions on how to build the circuitry for sequential tail lights? I remember seeing it around here on the forum, but it was for an Impala I believe. Regardless, does anybody know of any websites with instructions on how to make em?

That site had a different take on it, using dynamite sticks to delay the signals. I remember seeing a design that used a circuit board consisting of capacitors that would delay the signal to each bulb. Very ingenious and would be easy to make.
