Default OK, I have to get my cruise fixed?

Anyone have any ideas what I did to my cruise control? Well I know what I did, I spliced into the orange and peach colored wire that goes to the switch. Ran my ground wires for my linelock solenoids to the wire for the cruise so when I push the cruise off button the linelocks will ground and keep the front brakes locked for a burnout. The linelocks still work using the switch, but the cruise won't turn on.

Any ideas? I've allready checked all the fuses and tried disconnecting the battery for 10 minutes. I figured I check here before I go to the dealer and look like a jackass. If they say something is fried in my pcm, i'll just live without it, but if it's something simple I want my cruise back. Yes i'm spoiled by cruise control.

Of course I tried disconnecting the ground for the linelocks with no luck. Next i'll try reloading the stock tune. Could someone tell me if the cruise light will come on if the car is just sitting in the driveway?

Thanks guys and gals.

Could someone check this for me? This would save me some trouble if I knew the cruise turned off at a certain speed.

I've had the problem - occasionally the brake light switch will stick. The cruise control wont activate because it thinks the brake pedal is being pressed. Is this constant or intermitent?

I thought that might have been it since I was down there hitting stuff, but this is a constant problem and started right after I tapped into the cruise switch.

So if you are sitting at idle and you hit the cruise on button does the cruise light come on?

I think you have to be moving at 30+ mph for it to turn on...
