Wow, still finding new features on my Mustang. And this one I can actually use. I guess I should read the manual from cover to cover. Some of the electronic and computer functions are still confusing me. If I don't use them often enough I just forget them or forget how to use them or access them.

Glad some of you have discovered this "new" feature, but the point of this thread was/is that it's broken on some of our cars. Has anyone fixed it? If so. how? If the dealer fixed it, did they just replace the whole seat?

YEA.... it is supposed to work. i took it in and they said they can change it out in bout an hour. it is just a spring that just pops out of place due to maybe someone hitting it from behind. they do not replace the seat. man i wish i had some new soft leather

LOL....My lumbar support will sometimes slightly inflate / deflate upon braking.........

Now we're getting somewhere - thanks for that. So if the dealer techs can take it apart and fix it, then so can I. If anyone has any info on how to take the seat apart, please post it. Otherwise , I'll just tinker with it this weekend.
