yes, it requires special tools and isn't for someone who doesn't know what they're doing.

you still haven't answered the question - is it lowered yet?

not lowered no. thought about it but wouldnt that just stiffen it up and make it better on smooth roads, i can imagine it being lowered and getting thrown around even more on those bumpy roads
