Default potential GT buyer, quick question

hey guys-

i'm going to be getting a z-plan GT 07 in the next 4 weeks... and i had a question. i'm a sirius subscriber from way back, and i'm getting the sat radio option. i really like the look of the factory installed Sat radio antenna, especially on black cars, it's very clean.

my question is this. if i decide to upgrade to a nav unit (pioneer/alpine) down the road a few years, will the factory sat radio antenna work with an aftermarket piece I know the antenna connectors are standard, plug wise.

thanks!
Charlie

Works fine for me, a lot of people complain of an echo, but I must have gotten lucky.....
