From the factory, only the chin spoiler is lower then a standard GT.

That was my thought too. The CS package is only a couple body add ons i thought. no other adjustments.

You are correct sir!!!

The Mustang Shelby GT has the lowering package on it. The Mustang GT and GT/CS do not. The "lower" part referred to in the brochure is the different front facia.

Yes the GT/CS is 1-1/2" lower. I found out the hard way last year when my car was only 2 months old. I was at a car show in a park and tried to drive up a hill and over a sidewalk. I got high-centered! After screaming and cussing I just knew the frontfasciawas smashed. After a few guys lifted my car off, I didn't find anydamage. Talk about embarracing...

Did you measure for this? Because my measurements indicate that only the front valance is 1.5" lower.... but then there's the problem of trying to fit my floorjack under my car... so I' dont know if the regular GT I used was also lowered

btw, nice stripes! Are they decals or paint?

No I haven't actually measured, just going by the specs from the factory. I just had some mods done on my front end (no pictures yet), and we also had to be carefull with the floor jack. I had my car painted not decals, (info in my profile).
