I just got a STC I have no idea how to use it... This is my first step in car tuning, dose anyone know if there is a web site with preset tunes I can download?

just plug it into the OBDII port under the driver's side dash. It will tell you what to do. Just plug it in - it will tell you every step

He can write tunes for your specific car that will work much better than the tunes that come with the unit.
