I have the C & L CAI with an EVO 87, 89, 91 tune that I purchased a year ago. Do tuners regularly update their tunes such that I should contact Fred for even better performance?

 

unless u had it dynoed on a really good dyno where someone isnt gonna tell u that u have a million horsepower just to make u happy so u spend all ur money there, which is besides the point, u cant get better than what they guess is best and safest at the same time. take it to a highly reputable dyno if u really wanna squeeze out more, but first buy some more mods so its really worth it.

Only reasons I can seefor an update w/o new mods would be either as said above a dyno tune or a ford dealer has updated your pcm and changed the code.

 

I guess what I am asking is do tuners regularly refine their tunes such that a 91 EVO tune available today may be better than the one I purchaseda year ago?
