How do those side airbags on the seats like those swing-outs?
Are the air bags still functional or have they long been disabled?

That really is an interesting point and one I haven't got around to ask about yet. I am ordering some basic roll bar padding. This comes in 3 feet lengths. Think I'll need about 50 feet of it to cover all the steel to help prevent rusting and provide some comfort in the door areas. Painting it all would be a real pain now. My daily commute to work takes about 4-5 minutes and word is I'm being moved to a facility that is 0.6 miles from my house, so although car is on the street every day,the driving timeis very short.

must make at least 800hp
I wish. Still have stock internals, so tune is kind of conservative... 458 rwhp on a MustangDyno. The air/fuel ratio is at 11.3 at over 6000 rpm. At the track we'll use the race tune andput in some race gas...just a gallon...just for insurance. The car is being prepped for around 800hp but we're working our way gradually to that point. Sort of started at the rear end and working towards the front. The last big item is of course the motor and probably a move up to the F1 Procharger at the same time.

youre pretty much all set to make tons of power now! just be careful about the fuel system like i said. i dunno exatly what the fix is, i heard redoing the fuel system w/ old school parts. my buddy said he upgraded the pump, lines, injectors, rails etc... and still his car was so powerful that the slosh made him go lean and the engine eventually blew. good luck, treat her very well and enjoy!! its a beaut.!
