Default Spark plugs for GT


I found some by Autolite but im not sure if they're platinum or silver. I dont want plat or silver just something for my FI car. Im blowing out the spark sometimes. anyone know of any plugs??

i hear ya, you just want the right plugs without
any special coating, at a reasonable price....

the ford racing plugs came with my s/c kit, but
i would feel just fine using the autolites

i haven't seen these types of plugs selling cheaper than
about $8-10 each, they may be out there, maybe i missed 'em.

I just went with those autolites. I've seena few s197 mustangs on dragtimes,com using them.cost me 90 bucks for 8 including shipping. not too bad i guess...all mods are expensive but its a one time expense.

What mileage are stock plugs good for running a 93 octane tune??

the ford racing are just rebadged autolite plugs. Where did you get them for 90$ shipped

they come at .045 but you will need to do a .030-.035 gap for a F/I. you can stay at the .045 but the .035 will help even more with the spark not blowing out
