Default Ordered Mac X Pipe from Brenspeed last night

Last night I ordered my Mac X pipe and Mac Axlebacks. I also ordered my MGW shifter....

I have been searching around here for a while and I can't find info on the installation of an X-Pipe...

I want to keep my cats...anybody know if anybody like Tacobill has done a write up on this? I need to know if I can do it myself or if I need to take it to a shop.

Any info you guys can toss my way would be greatly appreciated.

Yeah the one I bought has the option to retain the cats or delete them.

I was afraid of that...we'll what happens when it comes in.

I appreciate your response.

why dont you try it catless for a while, see if you like it. You wont have to spend money on muffler shops to fab you up the set up.

The passing inspection issues confuses me. I see so many people running without cats. How do I get around that? I don't live in California I live in Texas but we still have laws.

Most people put back on their stock H pipe with cats for inspection.

1+ on that.

It's really only a 1/2 - 1 hour work.

I got the FRPP X-Pipe, it's a real easy install and you keep the cats ($139.)

It's a very easy change over. I have the same kit on mine. The hardest part was unplugging the upper right oxygen sensor!
