Default RE: Camera Mount

I got a cop car vcr off ebay- trunk mounted vhs, put it in still never mounted camera yet...sams club has a nice dvr/quad with motion activated recording, got one of those at home, might get one for the car as the power supply is 12v(but will need a regulator). there are cams small enough to mount behind rearview mirror, with the quad it would be kinda neat for 4 sided recording...wanted mostly for the dragstrip, but could come in handy for doordings/vandals/hitskips/tickets (if in error)...kids have headrest tv's, then they could see where we are going too

LOL Tacobill.

You know I love you man, but I wouldn't be caught dead with that contraption on my car! You must only use it at a track or something...

nice tacobill. I was tie strapping mine to my headrest for track day. Guy cam over and told me about sticky pod. Looks good.
but to tell ya the truth, the tie strap to the headrest worked perfect, and cost nothing, lol.

wow tacobill that looks awesome, and those are some nice videos. but how hard is it for that suction cup thing to fall off the car? like how would it fare during high speeds, aggressive handling, etc?

The suction cups are pretty strong. The Original (4 cups) can handle 1/4 mi. passes at100+ mph, and autocrossers use them on their track cars.
