10" with 1/4" pins - painted on is right around $1,000 here in NJ (bumper to bumper) - I just got 2 quotes on that... but we're passing as we had a slight problem with our paint and do not want to void the 5 year paint warranty. It would be my luck....

Some vinyl pins are factory/dealer/personally applied... you can go to balitmorestreetmods.com and see the packages they offer, etc...
