It took the dealer 3 tries to get mine fixed. They finally replaced the front seal on the compressor. I think there is a TSB for this now.

If you don't have UD pulleys and it's colder when NOT on recirc, I would talk to the dealer BEFORE you start modding your engine just to avoid any "issues"

2005 GT and its far from cold
more like cooled warm air
going to wait till it really heats up before brining it back to the dealer

Couldn't tell ya, I still haven't used the AC in my car. Though I probably should have the other day, I was stuck to the seat after a 30 minute ride.

Does the AC always run on 100% if I turn it on or does it depend on the speed of the fan?

In recerc it should rum all the time but in other modes it will cycle.
