They'll know my speedo is way off with my 4.10 gears.

Any chance you'll bring your mobile dyno to this event?

A good intake is worth 10-15hp. Both the tune and intake can be removed, and the dealer will never know if you have to go in for warranty work.

i'll try to remember but remind me if you notice the CAI go from "pending" to "current" in my sig...as prev. mentioned, detecting +10hp on these cars may prove difficult, but I'll see if I notice the difference, using seat-of-the-pants method (I haven't dyno'd the car yet)...

I just added the granatelli CAI, so didnt have to flash. picked it up on ebay for 280.00. Its sweet, with an automatic she'll now spin the tires at will. You can really tell she picked up some horses in the bottum end and revs much quicker. Also picked up the corsa exhaust on ebay for 400.00. It was too quiet at first but now that I've put a couple of hundred miles on the exhaust she loosened up a bit and sounds great. I kept the original intake for when she needs to go to the shop, which will be soon because the rear axle is whining when I make a turn.Would recomend both products to anyone.............good luck with yours.

I still stand by the beliefthat if a CAI doesn't require a retune, it has less of a gain to offer than the ones that do require one...but maybe that's not entirely correct...

You are correct, except for the grantelli which has a new MAF to go with it to send correct siginals to adjust for the increase air

Yah I dont think I'm gonna be able to fool them either!

If your really worried about being able to get warranty work done then Stop right now. Close your web browser and never come back to this sight. Moding is infectious, you wont be able to stop!

Otherwise get the C&L cai and the tune> You'll probably be happier.
