If you want to be sure then do what I said. If you don't have a $100 option for 3.55's on your window sticker, then you have 3.31's. In 2007 the 3.55's became an option, 3.31's are standard on all 2007's be they manual or auto.

BG = 3.31 7.5" Conventional available in V-6 Only.
CD = 3.55 8.8" Limited Slip (Traction Loc) available in GT with M5 Trans only.
CG = 3.31 8.8" Limited Slip (Traction Loc) available in GT with A5 Trans and 2007 M5 Only.

PS My 2007 GT (Build date 4-10-07) has 3.55 Axle Ratio. Door Code is CD.

I purchased an 07 GT with 3.55 gears, it was a 100$ option. The VIN has the CD code. Iam seriously thinking about going with 4.10's though.

ok then its final i have 3.31 and offically pissed. i was supposed to get 3.55, thanks for all the help everyone i am off to call my dealer.

I agree.

Some of you are so full of it and gullible. I told this guy where to look (tag on rear end) and do a little burn out to see if it left two lines. He didn't want to crawl under and look, so I told him don't scrap it. All he has to do is scrap the stupid tag off, But he wants someone else to do it for him and even after you people did his leg work he still don't have his answer?

You all can think whatever you wish, But when you start calling name then You can just Get F--ked bud.

hey ZZ actually i did crawl under there, and i told you it was cover by the protective layer the dealer put on so it wont rust under there, i also said knowing my luck i would scrap to hard and scrapthe tagoff just tryin to be funny, i dont know who pissed in your cheerios but it wasnet me.
