+1 on the tape comment. I ran my tokicos about 2 months and the red rubber caps fused to the metal from the engine heat. I had to tear them up to get em off. Vola, the electrical tape.

Careful with that silicone!!! You may want to adjust your struts at some point and that silicone MAY cause some problem IF it gets down in there....
