Where to get the CS rear bumper?

People have been saying the CS/Shelby rear bumper goes for $295 or less (I've heard $100 for some). I'd like to know where to get this part, does anyone have any links?

It will be from a ford general parts catalogue.

Part number is: 7R3Z-17K835-AAPTM

I have now and they are charging $100 too much than what people here say they go for, which is part of the problem.

Also I'm going to assume the GT hardware and isolaters are a straight fit so I'd be good there.

Ford has a California special Front Fasica kit, Includes Lower Grille Plus The Underbody Shield Panel, Includes Attaching Hardware, Prime Paint To Match

clevparts.com. I bought it about 6 months ago for $265 including shipping
