B AMA VS. BREENSPEED RESULTS

Who cares... These threads are getting way old...
All the money you are wasting on testing these various tune files are completely pointless when you could just get a dyno tune in the first place. All mail order tunes are the same thing... Tuner's datalogging their information and using it to create a file. They all do the same thing and these numbers don't mean anything. If you what is the best do it on the track. Numbers can vary from so many things that it's not even worth the comparison. If people are this worried about which tune is going to give them that extra 1whp when you are only adding a cold air intake to begin with, you are wasting your time.

Flame suit on, but i'm right...

Who Cares what the HP numbers are, I want to see what these tunes do at the track, that more important to me,
Evo, Brentspeed and Bam a could be giving you bigger HP readingd on the Dyno but Blue oval tune may run better at the track
The perfect test is to do this with an auto since the times are more consistant and run each 1/2 hour apart. then I would make my choice.

OK, I will post the diferences, actuall #'s dont matter because of all the different dynos, weather etc.

Just for the record, no I don't work for Brenspeed, or anyone else lol. When you asked if I had read the previous thread I thought you were referring to your initial post, which starts out with the statement above. Obviously there was another thread about this? I was confused because you said different dynos, weather, ect. but now you're saying same dynos, same day, etc. so I musta missed something so for that I apologize. I wasn't trying to flame you, was only trying to point out that there will be obvious (and sometimes, BIG) differences between dynos and even the same dynos but different days.
Good luck with your testing man, again sorry for seeming like I was flaming you- it was a misunderstanding.
Would really like to see the graphs to compare the area under the curves. Could be as simple as one tuner favors a little more pullat lower RPMs over peak HP #s favored by another.
That could explain the "I still may run Blue Oval daily, because it still had the best response, and was the most fun to run. I dont know he did it, but it shows that dyno power doesnt always equal seat of pants."
There is far more to evaluating a street cartune than just peak numbers. Same can be said for flow bench results.

Thanks for thecomparisons.
Afew days ago I ordered a tune from Justin for my Auto GT and it feels stronger and smoother that Doug's Race. I'll be sure to run them both whenever I hit the track or the dyno.
BTW,the guy I bought my GTA's from (also aFL guy), hiscar was also pinging with the Brenspeed tune.
