Right rear quarter panel issues?
Below are some photos of my rear quarter panel. Please note that have never hit or been hit by anything:

Anyone else have this problem? The dents are pushed outward (all three of them), so I think it's stuff sliding in my trunk (I had mufflers in there for a while). Could the trunkwall really be the same metal as the outside of the car? Do you think Ford might cover this under warranty?
Oh well, at least the hood looks good!

Well, it looks like something with edges or a point and made out of metal pushed your panels from the inside. Can you see an indentation on the inside where the object made contact with the metal?
If you do not have the Shaker 1000 and remove the trunk carpet, yes, that is the outside sheet metal there but there is a good 6" between the carpet and sheet metal. This picture was taken for something else but it may help you visualize the area. The carpet goes on top of the wood piece.

Those dents are definitely from the inside out. Must have taken a couple turns too hard while those mufflers were rolling around.
Aziraphale- WTF there are wooden pieces in our cars???
