oh no, its not bad from factory . i learned how to drive stick in this car so that probably why. plus a have been practicing my launches and having some fun with burnouts and thats why, but im good now, now i know how to drive. i know the clutch will las some more time, but it bothers me that i feel i don't have all the power that it had in the begining. so if i do have to buy a new one, whats the best one? i don't mind it to be a bit hard to drive, buti do want it to last a long time going to the track once a week. oh andthe budget is always important

I agree with rex7010. I have 45000 (yes 45 thousand) on the stock clutch. Its starting to get a little sloppy, but still good. I am not easy on this car either. Maybe some practice with a manual is in order. I am not trying to be a d*ck, but I just don't see how you could have burnt it up so soon. I hope it was a factory defect.

i told you i LEARNED how to drive a manual transmision on this car. this includes my car dieing like 50 times, about 5 of them while racing, starting the car on 3rd gear like 3 or 4 times by mistake, oh i love to make itburn on second gear, and some track action, well most of my friends went trhu their first clutch in like 300 miles, lol one of them went trhu 2 of them in like 400 miles, i think i didn't do that bad because i had never even seated on the drivers seat of a manual car before this one. like istated before i still have some left, but i know i will need a new one on a couple of months, since i just decided well it almost over i migth as well burn it all off

Ok, theres a problem. If you guys are burning out your clutches under 20,000-30,000 miles you all need to learn how to drive. Considering you're on basic bolt ons, the stock clutch should easily last 50,000 + miles. Learn 2 drive for God sakes!

Hey take it easy 0hsixgt, he told us he LEARNED how to drive with this car. LOL
Hey kid, I know what you told us, but what I said still holds true. It looks like you need all kinds of practice. Even when I was just learning, I don't think I ever burnt a clutch in les than a few thousand miles. OK back on topic, I would go with the SPEC 2+.

They were going to replace my 1st one with another OEM clutch at no cost, so I am guessing that they found a problem with it, as they didn't ask questions or anything. But then they installed my CF improperly, and that's why I am thinking it's toast already. I have driven stick for years, so I can't use that excuse, lol!!
