Default lisence plate bracket...

has anyone purchased one of these? I found it on ebay and had my grandpa reverse engineer it, but i have no clue how it goes on... Any help?

Yuck. Clamps on with wing nuts.
Goto MossMustang and get one of their
off center licence plate relocation brackets.

thats just it... the mechanism doesn't work.. i tried to see i think if i drill the very top of the "rubberized" section i can bolt it directly to the back side of the bumper and it will work perfectly, just fishing for help from any other...

Move to a state that does not require a front plate.
Thats a mod I would stay away from. Drilling. Yuck.
