My car use to wheel hop really bad in the rain. But since I put those 295/30/ZR20's bace there NO MORE WHEEL HOP!! So, I got the look I wanted plus, put a end to the wet wheel hop.

^^^ yeah I've read about different tire widths/brands helping with the hop issue. My solution was to only horse around above 4000 rpm (anything lower would cause bad hop), but since I got my steeda ca's I can step off the clutch at 2K and lay rubber smoothly, no hop at all...

its not that they are wider....i believe its the added weight of a bigger tire/wheel.

When I installed 4.10 gears, it practically eliminated all of my wheel hop. Very pleased

I want to kill 3 birds with 1 stone!!!!!

I need gears and traction and wheelhop fix
so i'am going to install some drag radials that are a 1.5 inch
shorter than stock.
should give me more gear (3.31-3.60) more traction (drag radial)
hopefully it fixes wheel hop

What do you guys think????

^^^ I think you should bite the bullet and buy steeda's stop the hop package...and going from 3.31 to 3.60 in these cars is like going from 2.73 to 3.08 in a fox-body...slap in some 3.73s or shorter...sorry I think it's gonna cost some $$$...
