when I pay for someone to perform a service, and they're doing that service as a means of making a living, I expect a certain level of satisfaction. (And that'susually easy since the tech is usually trying to do wellalso for his or her personal pride.)

that mech is probably - maybe - learning a more expensive lesson by not coming clean in the first place. we don't know what the manager has done to him, but its probably more expensive than that hammer.

i wouldnt doubt it, i thought it was strange because i know the manager and i dounted he would disregard me like that because when i first called a few days ago i wasnt talking to the manager but the person who performed the labor
