I went to visit a friend today and he wanted to have a look at my engine and as I pop her open take a guess as to what I found. A full sized rubber mallet sticking up right behind my radiator. I dopped my car off a few weeks back to have my headers and pulleys installed so theres no doubt in my mind that it was them. To think it has been there that entire time. I can't even imagine what could have happened if that was caught in my belt or anything else.

Guess whos getting a nice phone call tomorrow

Just "dopp" the mallet off to the shop., and don't be an *** over it, NOTHING was hurt, your motor didn't fail, and I suppose, YOU have never made a mistake ??[sm=exactly.gif][sm=closed.gif]

 

Personally, I wouldnt say anything!! Thats a DAMN nice mallet!!

 

I was basically in shock when I found it. I drive hard so it could have shifted easily and spelled disaster [sm=icon_quiet.gif]

 

I'm not planning on turning this into WW3 over a scew up, just want them to acknowledge the issue. I'm more happy that I found it early than mad that it happened.

I'm pretty easy going. Now if something happened to my car because of it thats another story
