Base vs GT

RE: Base vs GT
I'm in Jerzey right outside NYC and it's mostly V6's here. There is actually not even a lot of Mustangs, more like ricer town around this way. I always notice a Mustang, new or old and for the most part it's mostly V6's, like 90/10 and to the few guys who mentioned it before, without the V6 there would be no GT!

RE: Base vs GT
Mostly V6 in Georgia a well ... I actually saw a Mustang today at the light and thought it was a GT ... but when it passed me it turned out to be a V6 ... it had a GT front bumper and grill installed ...
I just think people look at the price difference and just can't see the extra $6,000 plus for the 90 HP and a few car lengths in the 1/4 mile ... Ford really did a good job with the V6 performance this time. I bet Ford isn't happy about this because the profit on a GT has to be quite a bit higher than V6 cars ...
