I went with JLT/SCT2 from evolution performance(site sponsor)I think it was $530.
He'll make 3 custom tunes based on your current mods with this purchase.Check them out.
As far as looks I like it,but some like the C&L but I heard its more $$$.Also MM&FF I believe
was the mag that did a dyno comparison with 11 CAI's and the JLT got best results.

I'mgoing with the BBK, it doesn't need a tune. I can get the tune later.

I got the TI (Tunable Induction) from Breenspeed with SCT and 3 tunes. Absolutely love it!!! It's a little cheaper than the rest, looks great, and stands up pretty well on HP gains to the others.

OK, another quick question for you guys. What's the difficulty factor getting this thing on my car correctly? I am just curious as to if this could be a do-it-at-project......shoot, maybe I could even turn some wrenches myself?

In a word easy, probably one of the easiest things you could do to the car.

On a side note Brenspeed has some of the best customer service I have ever encountered if you have questions Brent makes himself available for technical support and Ive always gottent very quick responses when I have ha questions.

It took me about 20 minutes to remove the factory box and install my CAI and down load the new tune.

Install is super easy. Just remove the old filter housing and intake and replace with your new one. I think it's a total of 3 bolts. The tune is just plugging a cable in and selecting OK (kind of like installing PC software ).

Yea! I can't wait to get one! Now, if only I can decide which will be the best. I just want the best bang for the buck......and I want it to look neat, not like a big *superbeast* thing under the hood....... Be nice to get one under 700 buck range too. I don't mind to spend for something that will perform, just don't want to spend big money for a name that won't deliver.

Thanks for the pictures, they really help me understand the installation of the CAI.[sm=drlove.gif]
