Which cold air intake ??
I have the K&N with the no tune required. I love the look and ease of install. I did not notice a gain in the "feel" of the car until I got the dyno tune done. Night and day difference!

Started off with the C&L, then went to the Steeda due to a friends setup. Either way, you're gonna get about the same hp increases, so I guess it's a preference thing. I'm a little partial to Steeda for some reason.
So I am hearing very good things about JLT2 and C&L..........
any pros or cons about either of these
any pros or cons about either of these
would be a better and safer mount for the nozzle. But (not wanting to start a debate)the JLT is
plastic and will not soak up and hold as much heat as the C&L.But the HP #'s are so close it
should just come down to which you like the most in the looks department!
Here's my two cents; I know it's not popular, cuz everyone wants a tune. I went with the Granatelli CAI.
It's relatively inexpensive, I think I paid around $250. It's easy to install. And, ok everybody here it comes! YOU DON'T NEED A TUNE. I picked up an additional 2 miles per gallon, and the bump in horsepower is fantastic. Oh yeah, if and when you need warranty work, you just take about 10 minutes and replace the unit with your original. Do yourself a favor and read up on the threads that discuss the Granatelli unit.
