Default Holy Xcal...

Finally received my Xcal2 yesterday after UPS mis-delivering the package. Hooked it up this morning and almost banged up my ride. Hit the gas in reverse not really expecting any real noticable change, boy, wasI pleasantly surprised! Going forward even more fun! I had no real expectation for this tune. Bren did a real good job. I drove it only for a couple of miles and I am already thinking about what "other" tunes might be useful....Hats off to the folks at Brensp**d!

great, and why, why do I always read these threads???? I knew what he was going to say..... I plan on getting a tune next summer, I've spent enough this summer on the car. Every time I read one of these threads, it makes me want to say screw it and start eating Ramen for a month and tune it.

Thanks for the sensoring advice hammeron. Seems as though I might have pushed "stangdud" over the edge. Brenspeed really does have some very good customer service. Any concerns to your knowledge regarding driving on the "canned" tune. I can't help but wonder if the freakin' drive shaft is going to rip off the joints, be fun tryin'!

no concerns, the tunes brenspeed loads on the
devices (if he knows your mods) are excellent,
no question.

Do it. Sell your vintage 8 track player. Tell your parents you need the money for MIT entrance exams. Make it the last big mod of the summer [8D].
