At first I was going to agree with the people that are saying you asked for it.
But then I saw the pictures of a car pretty much exactly like mine with key scratches all over it, and now I would shoot him if I saw the guy.

Some d!ck in a corvette did that to my dad and I on a country highway, but he was just playing with us. We weremy dads 1 million pound benz c240 with a 0-60 time of 10 minutes... the vette just kept slowing down trying to get us to pass so we did but he wouldn't let us by, so we just called the cops on him and the cops pulled him over, and we just smiled and waved.

I can see both sides of the story... the guy shouldnt have passed on what sounds like a little residential street, and he shouldnt have been tailgating you. Nothing pisses me off more than tailgaters and soccer moms talking on cell phones.
But in return you shouldn't have sped up, but reguardless he shouldnt have touched another mans car, ESPECIALLY a beautiful black gt with red interior.

He drove around looking for a spot to park, saw you, then sped off.
I don't know....I'm not sure I'd be thinking it was him that did it. I've been in all kinds of positions where I looked like a likely culprit, yet had absolutely nothing to do with certain occurances. I'd hate to think that just a slight suspicion opens a whole can a whoop ***.

Ok my first reaction would be to go kill that mother ****er, make him know not to **** with other peoples stuff, and make sure his car was keyed soo bad with words that say "I keyed someone's car" or something like the video moe07 posted. lol. But then I stop and think it would be much better to settle it legally. File a report, have him pay for the damage and everything, that is if you can prove that he did it. But I guess if you cant prove that he did it, then karma is a bitch. But I also kinda have to agree with pantera. Just my 2 cents.

Regardless of wether you deserve it or not, if you do him bodily harm or screw up his car then how are you any better than him? Especially since you didn't actually see him do it.

Better to try and take legal action. If there are cameras in the parking lot then you just might be able to prove he did it for sure.

Nowadays a good ole fashoin *** beating is out. You'll end up in the clink while he's in the ER and be held liable for his medical costs and your legal fees. However he could just become another face on a milk carton. Your going to get the damage fixed and eat the deductable soscratch the rest of the car, call the police and get a report, hit up your insurance with the story and get a complete new paint job for the cost of the deductable.
