What's done is done. You were wrong for driving that way on him, but it certainly is not actionable on his part for physical damage to your car.
Quite a few years ago, I was boning a girl at work who some other guy had eyes for, and he let me know by dropping a brick through my rear window while I was parked in her driveway. I did nothing immediately, except use it as an excuse to get a new Mustang convertable.About a year later, I dropped the oil drain plug out of his truck at 3 AM in his driveway on a weeknight. I also contemplated pouring about a quart of liquid mercury into his heating vents, but decided against that. Although it would have been funny to watch him die of mercury poisoning.
The point is to be creative and take your time. Revenge is a dish best served ice cold, and time really is no factor. The longer it takes, the better you will feel about it, and the longer he has to wait for it.

I woulda' whipped his a$$. This cat is lucky he wasn't caught in the act. I'm a claims adjuster so this guy would have caught it for the key scratch and any other unsightly blemishes on that side of the car. What kinda sled did this monkey drive? Was it a Stang too? If not he had no business being disrespectful in trying to pass. He should have taken his rightful spot with all the other beotches....... behind you!
