The reason I posted the MSN article link is that along with the JD Powers award for “best quality sporty car†it shows how well the Mustang owns its segment of the market. Blowing away Corvettes, Nissan Zs,M3s and 911s. Pretty amazing for a 28k car!

but on the other hand, it doesn't cost 60 grand plus...then again, the shelby cobra can run with those cars, as can the old termi cobra, and any GT can be made to, with enough modifications...

Because all they want/can afford is 22-24K instead of 28-31K. Or, maybe they think they get better fuel economy with a 6. Not true but maybe they think it. Lower insurance? Can't think of any more. Help us out here 6 bangers. Why did you buy a 6 instead a V8?
