Hello all, I have 07 GT with about 2000 miles on it. Last night the steering wheel starting making a faint clicking noise when I turn the wheel about say from 12 o clock to 3 or 4 o clock and same at 9 or 10 o clock any one ever heard of this or have any idea what might be going on. Any feedback is greatly appreciated. BTW new here and what an awesome site.

I havent heard of the steering wheel click happening to often or at all. Maybe someone else can chime in with the same problem.

Is it a creaking sound? or definite click?

Older Fords used to click when turning because the click was the signal light reset points.

If its a creaking, try the steerting wheels spokes. My 9 o'clock spoke cover is slightly loose, and flexes on the upper part, making a creaking noise.

No unfortunately it is an actual clicking although its faint i can still feel and hear it when I turn past those points.
