Ha ha, I think I get it...sorry to bring this thread out of the past!! lol I was searching for info about the Hurst shift boot adaptor and couldn't help but reply to it without looking at the date. Sorry guys!

The top is the MGW shifter and bottom Hurst. Both are kick a$$ shifters. I love the look of the white ball. It def looks classic and the whole peace itself look awesome. I dont understand how someone cannot like that hurst look. I went with MGW because not only it has the white **** but after doing research I concluded that it was a way better shifter than Hurst with some what of the same look. Hurst is still a great looking shifter though!

I installed the hurst short throw shifter, the boot is tight to the bottom, the steel shifter itself is about 4 inches long then capped with an ugly white ball on the top, anyone have any suggestions or know of any mods to make it look stock, maybe put the stock shift **** back on?
