If you can get the dealership to do it, never was a question on who was going to pay. If you are still under warranty that is. All the TSB is, is a guideline for the tech. Sort of an instruction booklet on how to fix it. It isn't a guarantee nor is one needed.

Lovely. Another tool or weapon to use against the stealership.
Just dont know if I want them touchin the stang. Might have
to do it myself along with new Roushstruts and lowering springs.
