I can speak for the GT: Despite what the literature says, you will have to get a tune if you get the K & N CAI. You don't want to run into a "lean" fuel condition. Plus, the tune would be a welcome addition anyway.
As for comparing it to other CAIs, don't know since I haven't tried any others. A lot of the owners on here seem to like JLT and C & L.
