How do you get the pony emblem out of the grille without destroying the little plastic posts? It's got those little circular clips, but I tried to get one off and I pulled the plastic post off. Do I try to cut it off with a dremel? What's the trick?

They are brittle spring steel and can be snapped pretty easily
with side cutters or needle nose pliers. If you have a small
enough screwdriver, you can even snap off one of those spring
teeth and screw it off like a nut.
