Default 800rwhp mustang

First, I own an orange 2005 ford mustang(sorry no pics but will post later) 5spd manual, stock V8. I want to get about 800rwhp from it and I was wondering what would be the best route to go: turbo or super? I want to know which one is safer and which one is cheaper and what mod would havee to be done to achieve 800rwhp.

are you serious ? I'm 99% sure u're joking about the 800 rwhp thing .... Basically what u need is to buy another car with a bigger engine and start from there, it will be 10X cheaper than in a 281 S197. [:'(]

I think it would be that mod where you trade it in on a rare Ferrari...

A fully built motor(solid internals) and then some FI. Turbo or SC is strictly a choice of how you want that delivered.

I love mustangs and wanted one over 800hp at the crank so Iknow where you are coming from. A GT500 is your best option at this point. Get a 2.8L KB with it and you can be around 800 safely. I'm really beating up mine andthe stock motor isholding up great.

Can be done, you won't like it but it can be done.

Pull the motor, stroke it out, all forged internals.
Fully port the heads
Get radical cams.

Turbo, 18-25 pounds of boost...

All new fuel system, pumps, lines, injectors, rail etc.
All new brake system.

On hell of a tranny.

New rearend w/ 9 inch axles....la de da da....

Forget it.
