Default 2008 WARRANTY ISSUES

Hi Mustang experts. I could use some advice. I wanted to order a 2008 Mustang GT , LOADED and then have them put the FORD APPROVED supercharger on it that is in the brochure for the Mustang. I also wanted to get the extended warranty. I was told there was a grey area because I was putting the supercharger on it. I'm aware that the supercharger and the engine/power train have different intervals for the warranty, and actually, I have a good relationship with my dealer here at home. Its being away from home on the road that im worried about warranty issues. Also, is a supercharged engine ok for a daily driver?
Thanks all!

You would get a contract that spells out what is covered and for how long/miles with your warranty. If you get the FORD extended warranty, it will be accepted at any Ford dealership.

The extra money you would spend on a Ford approved supercharger, Ford install, and the warrany you would be able to spend on a whole new bottom end if your engine blew!

What im trying to say is that if you go 3rd party (vortech, kenne bell, paxton, ...) Not only will you notice a MUCH bigger difference, you will save a LOT of money doing so. So in the VERY unlikely event you did screw something up you would still spend less money fixing it.

Re-reading this i didnt word it very good, and my brain hurts trying to. I just hope you can get hte point im trying to make, if not im sure someone can explain it better.

ohsixgt is right, but... I get the vibe from the original poster that hes not a mod car kinda guy, and wants a car thats already setup that he'll be driving as-is.
