i just fixed the rattle behind the door handles and today i realized another one. when my music is on during certain bass notes i will hear a rattle in a large portion of the middle of the door. its not coming from the plate that covers the window up down switches. i also noticed this rattle only comes when the window is fully up... lower the window a little bit even a tiny bit the rattle goes away. i read on a previous thread about a nut to tighten on the bottom part of the door by the hinge that cured this problem, mine is on tight. i felt both passenger and driver side window for looseness... maybe its just me but it seems the rattling door's window is a little looser than the others... anyone have any ideas without taking off the whole door panel before i schedule an appointment

I had mine in the shop last week because of this very thing.
The door panel pin right behind the handle area in the middle of the door was brokenp; they fixed it and the rattle is gone.

The funny thing is that is was worse when the window is up and it only vibrates under certian bass frequencies.
I hope this isn't one of those thing we will have to deal with often, because I have a feeling that maybe the sub-woofer is breaking the pin.

are you referring to the pin inside the door handle or what... i made an appointment with the dealer let me know if you know the part number so i can save some searching time for the dealer

Yes it is the door panel pin, it holds the doorpanel onto the door.
I dont know the part mumber or exactly which pin it was, I just know it was in the middle of the door.
